Get acquainted with CC Academy.CC Academy is part of CC Group and aims to increase the growth of SAP professionals and to present them in the market. With its own training methodology and an extensive range of learning components, CC Academy is able to provide the trainees with the right knowledge in a short period of time to get started immediately as an SAP consultant.

Selection of participants.At the beginning of 2018, the CC ACADEMY started to offer highly educated people with a great deal of work experience to have a career switch to SAP consultant.

In May 2018, through a heavy selection procedure from 1,600 candidates. A group of 60 participants from the North Brabant region started a group of 60 participants in the training program. In groups of 15, those participants entered a so-called "FIRST DIVE" SAP training of one week. This first week served as a tough practical test, which mainly looked at general consultancy skills and learning ability. In this first week another 40 consultants dropped out, so that 20 participants started the longer "DEEP DIVE" training.

The training.The "DEEP DIVE" is an intensive training aimed at SAP knowledge and consultancy skills. The training mainly focuses on the classic SAP modules with a logistic component. It concerns SAP SD, MM, PP and FiCo with the focus on SD. Attention is also paid to MDM, (e) WMS and topics such as reporting and data migration.

The training also includes modules "Excel professional level", project management (Prince-2) and communication skills. In short, extensive training that provides the participants with both theoretical and practical instruments.

The next step (internship).After the theoretical part we have for the studentsan internship period of two months to put knowledge gained into practice.

For this practice effort (internship), we look for suitable companies. It is obviously intended that the work that the consultants do, connects with their training, however the internship should also be meaningful and valuable for the company issue.

For you as a client, this means that you are the direct one thatgains extra capacity / additional consultancy hoursfor your SAP project. You can make your SAP project efficientspeed up!

The start with our trainees.• The quality level of the trainees is high. Higher colleges / bachelor’s degree or university degree. Extensive work experience in heavier job functions and projects, very good knowledge of business processes and have a helicopter view. That means a very valuable addition to your SAP project team!

• You will receive direct access to extra as clientcapacity / extra consultants’ hours for SAP projects. You canefficiently accelerate your SAP project.

• Up-to-date SAP knowledge! The trainee is in the final phaseof the SAP training for certified SAP consultant.

Employability.In terms of commitment to the internship, the trainees are extraordinary flexible employable. What matters most is that theconsultants gain work experience in the practical world of SAP.

Specific.We will provide the final agreements in an internship agreement. The trainees are fully under the responsibility of CC Academy. There are no costs for the deployment during the internship period. The start date and length of the internship can be determined in consultation but is a minimum of 6 weeks and a maximum of 3 months.

With good functioning there are possibilities to extend the internship period or to hire the trainee. A rate of € 50 per hour is automatically charged for deployment after the internship period.

Possible employment with your organization is possible and individual appointments are made in such cases. This process offers you a good opportunity to gain trained new employees.
