Full-time person is needed to oversee the overall day-to day operations and supervision of the Church of the Incarnation Preschool. Minimum Bachelors in Education or Early Childhood. Certification preferred. Minimum 4 years experience with young children in a Preschool setting. Possess knowledge of child behavior and developmental stages, computer skills including word and excel. PARISH RELIGIOUS EDUCATION CHILDREN’S FAITH FORMATION

PARISH RELIGIOUS EDUCATION REGISTRATION FOR 2015-16: Parish Religious Education Registration: PRE classes will begin Sunday, Aug. 16th and Wednesday, Aug. 19th. Registration forms are available on the Church website, or may be picked up in the PRE office (off the Fellowship Hall). Please register soon as we will be ordering books and supplies! Classes are for children 3yrs-8th grade, High School Confirmation Prep, and available for children with Special Needs. Contact our office for more information. YOUTH MINISTRY ATTENTION YOUTH 16 AND OLDER: Fr. Ernie is looking for teens to serve as Eucharistic Ministers and Lectors at the various masses each weekend. ADULT FAITH FORMATION Have you been coming to Mass and have questions about the Catholic Faith? Join us on Thursday evenings and learn what it means to be a Catholic. Catechists and assistants are needed as well as teen helpers. Catechists and assistants receive 50% off their child’s registration fee! Various grades have openings so call soon to get the age you are interested teaching!

Do You Know About Social Ministry?

Care Ministers are available to work with those persons/families, parishioners and residents of the Collierville community to help identify and coordinate parish and community resources.

PARISH HEALTH MINISTRY: Can supply answers to your medical and health care concerns and loan out medical items (wheelchair, crutches, etc.). Contact the Social Ministry Office at 850-7374.

HELPING HANDS: Is an emergency help group who provide meals for families dealing with a crisis situation. Contact the Social Ministry Office at 850-7374.

MINISTRY TO THE SICK: “Is there anyone among you sick?” Please call the Social Ministry Office 850-7374 to inform us if you know of anyone who is homebound, or ill and is not able to attend Mass. Ministry to the Sick Ministers will visit on a regular basis and provide the Sacrament of Communion at home. Notify the Parish Office or Social Ministry Office when someone is hospitalized or residing in a Health Care Facility. Due to federal laws, this is the only way we are aware of a need for a visit by a priest or a lay minister.

DIOCESAN SACRAMENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Remember that the Diocese of Memphis requires that stu-dents must have two consecutive years of Religious Education prior to receiving the sacraments of Reconciliation, Communion, and Confirmation. Therefore children must be enrolled in 1st and 2nd grades, and 7th and 8th grades. However, every year builds on the other and there-fore all students K-8th should be enrolled! Learning about our faith is a life long journey!

Project Outreach School Supplies/Hygiene

We are trying to teach the children about proper/good hygiene. Consequently, we are asking for these items to build a hygiene bag to be placed in each school bag. In each bag will be one bar soap, one toothpaste & one toothbrush. From grade 6 on up we will add one deodorant. Needed:

Toothpaste Toothbrushes Bar Soap Deodorant

Place in the “School Bus” by Sunday July 26th.
