Terms and Conditions
1. For buffet, bbq, and set menu package - round table for guest, natural color tiffany chair, staff, buffet table, table cloth, plates, cutlery and kitchen equipment and standard flower on the buffet table is included. Not including decoration.
2. For stall menu, we provide 1 person in charge without waiter. 3. 3 hours buffet or food stall open during dinner/lunch. 4. We provide our kitchen with a standard tent. 5. Rate is subject 11 % of service. 6. Children between six and twelve years old will be charged at 50%
of adult price. 7. Full estimate amount will be charged for a tasting should it be
required before you confirm an event with Oma Thia's Catering. 100% of this amount will be credited against the total deposit once you agree to cater from Oma Thia's Catering.
8. For transport and loading will be charged min. IDR 1.500.000 based on location of the event.
9. Minimum order for the food is IDR 15.000.000 (before service charge)
10. For the food tasting, price depends on the requested menu. 11. A minimum of IDR 1.500.000 will be kept as security deposit for
loss and damage to our equipment. The amount will be 100% refundable if there has been no loss and damage.
12. We are not responsible for any lost of guests belonging before, during and after the event. Any items found by our staff at the venue will be handed over to the wedding planner/villa security.
Terms of Payment
1. Rp. 5.000.000,- for booking the date (nonrefundable) and 50% for down payment.
2. Balance to be paid 30 days before the party or the event. 3. For bank transfer, the amount we receive is nett, hence the
guest responsible for all bank fees. 4. Any cancellation less than 15 days before the event, 50% of the
amount will be charged as cancellation fee. 5. The person organizing or paying for the event shall be liable to
pay for any damage, loss or breakage to any part of Oma Thia's property, include all the equipment.
