When hired as the organization’s HR Compliance Manager in 2013 (later, Benefits & Employment Manager), the focus was establishing an HR department, constructing organizational policies, and developing employment procedures from which none existed. From 2010-2014, the organization was active in 18 states; from 2014-2015, this number fell to 9.
