The Business Challenge Panorama Antennas is a small family owned company with a global distribution - so their challenge is to compete on even terms in the market with much bigger concerns. They began by introducing new technology in the 1980s, initially for materials and resources planning but it was still a long way from the fully integrated multi functional system that they needed to run the whole business efficiently. The Solution Managing Director Christopher Jesman chose SAP’s cloud based system Business ByDesign because it manages the whole process from end to end and lets him do his job with core functions, such as: Financials Project Management Supplier Relationship Management Supply Chain Management HR CRM One of the attractions of SAP Business ByDesign is the fact that it is configurable – allowing you to tailor the system to your needs – in this case giving functions like profit overview and on-screen reports to compare sales across the globe. “I can see what the company is doing and it gives me information about why things are happening.
