A unique, all-weather hydraulic/transmission fluidHY-TRAN ULTRA is, quite simply, the finest hydraulic/transmission fluid we make. It will enhance your brake and clutch capabilities while helping to reduce brake chatter, clutch slippage and wear, and final drive wear. HY-TRAN ULTRA fluid is designed for use in an ambient temperature range of -20° to +120°F (-30° to +50°C).

Hy-TRAN ULTRA:» Provides better water tolerance and filtration efficiency than

typical tractor fluids, which is critical for preventing additive fallout, filter plugging and sluggish performance

» Provides stable viscosity, which is essential to maintaining optimum machine performance and long life

Hy-TRAN® ULTRA™ SSL TRANSMISSION OIL (MAT-3504)All-season synthetic blendHY-TRAN ULTRA SSL fluid is designed to work optimally all the way down to -40°F (-40°C), yet it does not need to be drained in the summer, because it’s a synthetic blend.

The difference is easy to see. HY-TRAN® has the unique ability to hold up to 1% of its volume in water and not experience any harmful effects, like additive fallout, whereas typical tractor fluids experience problems at 0.5% or less.

Lab tests confirm what field tests have proven: The ability of HY-TRAN to protect and perform when exposed to moisture is unmatched.

NEXPLORE FLUID (MAT-3525)NEXPLORE is a single fluid for hydraulic systems, transmissions, differentials, wet brakes and PTO clutches. It is a high-quality, all-purpose hydraulic oil that is designed for use in an ambient temperature range of -5°F (-20°C) to 120°F (50°C).

F200A HyDRAULIC/TRANSMISSION FLUID (MAT-3526)F200A is a multipurpose, cold-weather hydraulic/transmission fluid that can be used when your operator manual recommends NEXPLORE, but improved low-temperature capabilities are needed (below 10°F/-12°C). In addition to improved low-temperature capabilities, F200A Multi-Season Hydraulic Oil provides the reliability of NEXPLORE at high temperatures, so there’s no need to remove this fluid during the summer months.

MULTI bIO bIODEgRADAbLE HyDRAULIC/TRANSMISSION FLUIDMULTI BIO is a biodegradable hydraulic/transmission fluid that can be used when recommended by your operator manual or service bulletin. Currently approved for Case skid steers and Case IH JX, JXU, Puma and MXM tractors, this biosynthetic-based 10W-30 fluid exceeds several governmental biodegradability and ecocompatibility requirements, with biodegradability exceeding 90%, including OECD 201/202/203/301B, VAMIL(NL), WGK 0, CEC L33A-93 and D5864-96. It’s a multifunctional oil for transmission, wet brakes and hydraulic systems.

SyNTHETIC gREASE gR-1000 SSL (MAT-3550)GR-1000 SSL is a synthetic-based, NLGI 2, GC-LB, extreme-pressure grease for use in agricultural, construction, automotive and industrial equipment. It’s designed for use in conventional and disc brake wheel bearings, universal joints, spline shafts, water pumps and general chassis lubrication. It provides excellent low- and high-temperature performance.

MULTI-PURPOSE gREASE 251H EP (MAT-3550)251H EP is an NLGI No. 2, lithium-soap, extreme-pressure grease for wheel bearings, universal joints, spline shafts, water pump bearings, chassis and general lubrication.

PREMIUM gREASE EP-2 (MAT-3550)EP-2 is a multipurpose NLGI 2, GC-LB high-temperature lithium-complex, extreme-pressure grease for use in agricultural, construction, automotive and industrial equipment. It’s designed for use in conventional and disc brake wheel bearings, universal joints, spline shafts, water pumps and general chassis lubrication.

MOLy gREASE gR-75 (MAT-3550)GR-75MD is a specially formulated, lithium-soap, extreme-pressure grease containing molybdenum disulfide. It’s designed for heavy-duty use in construction, industrial and agricultural equipment. It provides protection from extreme loads, shock loading or slow speed conditions.

Our filters are designed to trap more of the small contaminants that are most damaging to diesel engines. The media is uniformly resin-impregnated and heat-cured to provide efficient filtration, while resisting the effects of moisture. The media used in many of our newer filters combine microglass and cellulose fibers for doubled efficiency over standard filters.

2 Stacked Disc This custom-designed filtration media is 70% more efficient than cellulose

or paper media in filtering the 5- to 15-micron size contaminants.

3 Hot Melt Our filters use hot melt — a high-quality adhesive — to uniformly bond the

filter element to the end caps. Plastisol adhesive keeps the filter media from bunching and rupturing.

4 Rubber Seals Many filter manufacturers use cardboard seals at the ends of the filters;

cardboard seals can deteriorate or leak. Our filters use a thin piece of rubber that provides a tight, even seal at the base of the filter. It prevents unfiltered oil from bypassing the filter media and re-entering your system.

As diesel engines operate, vibration of the cylinders creates microscopic bubbles in the coolant that attach to the cylinder liners. These bubbles can implode with a force of over 15,000 PSI. This collapse can blast small holes in the cylinder liner. Without the protection of a heavy-duty coolant, the result is liner cavitation.

Over time, liner cavitation can allow coolant to enter the engine oil. This compromises the lubrication of the engine oil and results in excess friction, which ultimately leads to engine failure. Many competitive coolants don’t provide adequate protection against this. XHD offers superior liner cavitation protection by covering internal parts with an oxide film that takes the abuse of implosions to avoid premature engine failure.
