I. POINT OF VIEW

The point of view here is the manager who is in the center of critical decision making of firing his/her chief chemist.

II. TIME CONTEXT

The time of analysis happens when the chief of chemist brought a lot of problem within the company and result in the hard decision of the manager.

III. STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

How wise are manager in handling this situation?

IV. STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES

The company aim to have a productive employee, a harmonious relationship of workers within the company and at the same time to have a profitable company.

V. AREAS OF CONSIDERATION

The company has high standards of hiring a worthy employee, the manager has the desire of having a unbeaten company but the weakness is the immoral manner done by the manger when he/she let to buccaneer the chief chemist of the competitors company to get the secret formula of the beer causing for the chief of becoming a big-headed one and let the managers faithful workers to resign.

VI. ASSUMPTION

Before doing such unlawful things, the manager at first must assure how trustworthy on him the pirate chemist is, or make an agreement, and by this agreement give her/him a consequence if he/she will follow.

VII. ALTERNATIVE CAUSE OF ACTION(ACC)

Manager should promptly warn the chief of the chemist before making any decision otherwise give him/her a lesson, manager should try again to please the chemist because the moment he/she terminate the chemist, there is the possibility that the valuable formula will lose in the matter of time and it will go to the other company.

VIII. CONCLUSION/RECCOMENDATION

The decision must be done here, if it is necessary to terminate the chief of chemist for the manager to have a better relationship within the company and have a disciplined employee, then terminate the chief of chemist.

IX. PLAN OF ACTION

After terminating the chief, the manager then will have another chance to start again because there’s a lot of right way for him to have a profitable company and not by illegal manner.
