TERMS: Acceptance of all advertising is subject to publisher's approval and agreement by the advertiser to indemnify and protect the publisher from loss or expense on claims or suits based upon contents of such advertisement. This includes suits for libel, plagiarism, copyright infringement and unauthorized use of a person’s name or photograph. The publisher does not assume liability for errors in any advertisement beyond the cost of the space occupied by the individual item in which the error appeared. All claims must be made within one week of publication. No rebates allowed for errors in key numbers or other type set by publisher. Tear sheets included with bill only upon request. All agreements are subject to labor disputes, accidents, fires, acts of God or other contingencies beyond publisher’s control. Further, the publisher shall not be liable for failure to publish an advertisement. Advertiser is ultimately responsible and liable for payment for advertising placed by agency in the event the agency defaults on payment to the publisher. Canceled contracts are subject to a short rate. The advertiser will be billed based on the frequency rate applicable when the contract is canceled. Cancellation of ad space must be received in writing before published closing date. Also, layouts of advertising in Turf are products of its staff and may not be reproduced without written permission of publisher. Mail date is the last day of the month.
