Exterran: Started in Parts Department Warehouse doing temporary work labeling inventory locations and filling orders. Moved to inventory charge-out, then to Purchasing. Under new management, handled Fleet Administration; backup for Gas Control Call Center time log was added to Purchasing duties. Moved to the Front Desk when position was offered.
PNM Resources-SJGS: Coordinated/facilitated new employee orientations, developed IT binder/letter of introduction for new employee orientation, administered tests for apprentices during technical trainers’ absence, coordinated/facilitated apprenticeship appreciation dinners, sat on Employee Fund Committee, developed several forms, spreadsheets, and reports to track employee training plant-wide, organized files and other materials, started a reference library, developed departmental archives according to corporate guidelines, assembled training materials for apprenticeship program.
