cleaning & sanitisationWe are conducting hourly cleaning and sanitisation of frequently touched surfaces and high-traffic areas.

temperature & wellbeing checksAll staff and guests are required to have a body temperature check each time they enter the hotel.

hand hygieneWe have placed hand sanitiser dispensers throughout the hotel.

masks & glovesOur colleagues are wearing appropriate protective gear and will be taking precautions to provide a safe environment for our guests. Face coverings mandatory for all as per the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services COVID-19 guidelines.

knock & go room serviceTo minimise contact, our room service will knock on your door to notify you that your order is delivered.

hygiene protocolsWe are frequently sanitising our tables, chairs, condiment holders and menus before seating guests and placing our cutlery inside napkins. Buffet service has been switched to an à la carte option.

air qualityOur engineering team is disinfecting air unit components and replacing air filters and installing purification and sanitisation devices designed to kill airborne bacteria and viruses.

international standardsOur precautionary measures are developed in line with guidelines by the Department of Health. Our standards of hygiene and safety are certified by HACCP.

safety for guests in-residenceWe are taking extra care to prepare our guests’ room by enhancing stringent cleaning procedures. We sanitise high-touch areas using high-grade disinfectant with increased frequency of cleaning air filters and provision of alcohol wipes in guests’ amenities.

Housekeepers are wearing gloves and masks during their shifts with strict separation between dirty and clean tasks in the rooms & public areas. Hand sanitiser is assigned to each room attendant’s housekeeping trolley which they actively use throughout the day.

Hand sanitiser dispensing units will be placed on every lift landing of the hotel as well as having them present in the lobby and function floor.

To minimise contact, we have introduced a ‘Knock and Go’ room service where room service orders are delivered to the guest’s door directly.
