Marina Barcelona 92 (MB'92) is a company dedicated to the yacht
industry providingservice-refit, repair and maintenance works to
more than 70 super yachts per yearwith overall lengths from 35 up
to 180 metres.
MB92 is located in the port of Barcelona, a strategic stop-off
point for the yachtson their journey between the Mediterranean and
the Caribbean.
With 19 years of activity in the super yacht industry, MB'92 has
the experience toundertake any yacht refit operation from start to
finish guaranteeing the highest levelof quality (ISO 9001, ISO
14001, ISPS).
MB'92 has 100 employees and subcontracts work to more than 460
professionals,engineers and specialists from local workshops and
international firms. The company'sfacilities cover a surface area
of 76,000m2 and comprise a 210m dry dock, a 2000tSyncrolift (with a
second 4000t Syncrolift operable in 2013), a 125m paint shed,a 150t
Travelift and docking repair quays with the capacity to berth 8
yachts up to110 metres in length (and another berthing repair area
for 6 yachts up to 200 metrescoming in 2012) making it one of the
largest super yacht refit facilities in the world.

The Superyacht Industry has been growing substantially over the
pastdecade. In 2004, MB92 realised the need to act on the
continuing trendof increasing volume & length. With this
situation in mind, the companydeveloped a plan to expand its
facilities and be able to attend the imminentfleet of larger
yachts.
MB92 has invested 46,5 million in a site expansion which
commenced in2011 and will finalize in 2013. The future for the
Refit & Repair sector startsnow in MB92 and the company is
looking for qualified personnel able toimplement their knowledge to
different projects.
