Step One: The Interview

New college students (traditional, adult and online) receive an in-depth interview from one of our Career Planners

We focus on their chosen major, desired location of employment, first year salary expectations and the projected local and national employment trends in their field

Step Two: Building The Portfolio

We begin working with your students in their first term and begin to develop a portfolio of experience and related skills

The longer we work with your students, the better chance they have for success. We engage your student every quarter while they are enrolled

Step Three: The Job Search

We help to coordinate an aggressive job search for every graduate regardless of their major

We will work directly with the nation's leading staffing agencies as well as local hospitals, school districts, law enforcement agencies and large businesses

Outcomes and ExpectationsHigher Ed Support focuses on three key indicators to evaluate our success

1. Quarterly Net Promoter Score surveys combined with a short satisfaction survey

2. Pre and post-graduation satisfaction surveys

3. Increase in overall placement rates

Net Promoter ScoreHow does a Net Promoter Score work?We ask every student one question: “How likely is it that you would recommend (your college’s) career planning service to friends and fellow students?”.

We score it 0-10. Scores at 9 and 10 are considered promoters. Scores of 7-8 are considered passive and are not counted in the final calculation. Scores of 0-6 are considered detractors.

Anything over a 1% is considered OK but a score of 50%+ is considered outstanding in any industry. Our goal is 50%+.

Outcomes and Expectations

Pre and post-graduation satisfaction surveys.

Increase in overall placement rates

We send out a 10 question survey one month prior to graduation and the same survey six months after graduation and evaluate the differences

Though many colleges have yet to begin seriously tracking job placement rates by program, our goal is to help your institution begin tracking and we strive for improvement each quarter
