1. CAREER DEVELOPMENT CENTER (Vision & Mission)

The College has a full-fledged Placement Cell which has a specially designated Placement

Officer and faculty from various departments as placement coordinators. The Placement cell

coordinates with HR departments of various Corporates/MNCs and organises recruitment at

the college campus.

1. Collection of Data of the students and companies, maintaining and updating the

database

4. Notifying the students about Pre-Placement Activities, Job Opportunities and Campus

Selections through Notice Boards, Placement Portal and College Website

5. Organising Campus Recruitment Training Programme

6. Networking with leading companies for Internships and Campus Selections

7. Organising on and Off Campus Interviews

8. Acts as an interface between the selected students and the recruiters

9. Conducting Career Guidance Sessions.

10. Collecting Feedback from the Recruiters and Students

The campus recruitment training started on 1st July 2019.

Mr. Ashwin was the trainer for first 5 days from 1st July to 5th July. He has trained the students in speaking skills, listening skills, oral

presentation skills, interpersonal skills and also in resume writing.

Ms. Ramya was the trainer from 5th July to 10th July. She has trained the students in goal setting, team building, extempore and interview

preparation.

MsAiesha was the trainer from 10th July to 23rd July. She has trained the students in situational English, conversational English, writing

skills, basics of grammar, sentence construction, subject verb agreement, tenses, articles, and also took personal interviews of students.

Ms. Ravali was the trainer on 25th July. She has taught time and motion studies.

There was a break in the program from 25th July to 19th August, 2019.

Mr. Lalith was the trainer from 19th August to 13th September. He has trained the students in probability, permutations and combinations,

time and work, time and distance, profit and loss, CISI and CI, ratios and proportions, percentages, simple equations, number system,

averages, allegations and mixtures, series & sequence, coding decoding, directions, blood relations, seating arrangements, clocks and
