PROJECT BACKGROUNDGOAL

HIS HOSPITAL NEED SOFTWARE TO SOLVE SOME CURRENT PROBLEMS AND FUTURE AS:• EVERY DAY, HOSPITAL HAVE ABOUT 1000 PATIENT TO EXAMINE WITH 1200

TIME. ACCORDING TO THE PREDICTION OF PATIENT GO TO HEALTH CARE MAY INCREASE 3 TIME IN 5 YEARS

• CURRENTLY, THE HOSPITAL HAVE 12 CLINICS, 3 UNITS PERFORM PRECLINICAL, 2 UNITS RECEIVING PATIENT AND HAVE EXPANSION NEED IN THE FUTURE

THE PURPOSE OF SOFTWARE IS INCREASE PERFORM IN THE HEALTHCARE, IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY OF DOCTOR, NURSE AND STAFF OF HOSPITAL

At the beginning of the project, the timing of team members are not the same, it is difficult to stabilize team meeting schedule

Division of work for members perform at home. Review the work after the next steam meeting

The ability of the members is limited so work progress is often slower than the proposed plan

Learn, study the relevant documents at each phase of the project

Some cases, team member also distracts in working so late deadline

Leader regularly remind members complete the work on time. Members support each other’s to complete the work

Late meetings affect the performance of the team Leader remind members to attend meetings on time

This is the capstone project so team members have certain difficulties such as pressure Mentor and members enthusiastically help each other
