for private school bus, private motorcoach and private small US flag passenger vessel industries

Education: $101 billion for K-12 and higher education - identical 18006 language including

continued payment to employees and contractors to the greatest extent practicable

Sanitation and cleaning of transportation vehicles eligible for funding, in addition to buildings

SBA PPP Reform: Extension of covered period from June 30, 2020 to December 31, 2020 Reserves 25% of PPP loans for companies under 10 employees Extends start of 8-week payroll period for forgiveness from receipt of loan out to 24

weeks or to December 31, 2020 Prohibits SBA from putting a limit on non-payroll portion for forgiveness (nullifies

the 75%-25%) Ensures any PPP is not taxable as gross income Adds eligibility for any refinanced debt

Main Street Lending Program Mandates that the Federal Reserve, through the Main Street Lending

Program, shall provide at least one low¬cost loan option that small businesses and small non-profits are eligible for that does not have a minimum loan size, overriding the current $500,000 minimum loan size to participate in the program

SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan: Additional $10 billion

Hazard Pay: Critical essential workers for hazard pay includes private transportation

of people by bus

Pandemic Unemployment Insurance Extended $600 bonus benefit to January 31, 2020

Delivering Immediate Relief to America’s Families, Schools and Small Businesses Act - $500 billion in relief – vote today

Liability protections for businesses and schools Adjustment to pandemic unemployment insurance to

$300 week bonus through the end of the year 2nd dip into PPP for businesses less than 300 employees

and a 35% reduction in gross revenue from 2019 Postal Service reforms $105 billion in education funding ($70 billion for K-12) –

same 18006 language to pay employees and contractors to maximum extent practicable

Eligibility: payroll, benefits, fixed operating expenses (rent, utilities, interest on existing debt and mortgage payments) and PPE
