NKW Group has developed into a leading provider of

diverse, short and long-term special projects and services.

NKW Group, is a wholly owned partnership of three

Landowner Groups based in Wau, Morobe Province, Papua

New Guinea. They are, Nauti Investment Limited (NIL),

Kuembu Investment Limited (KIL) and Winima Investment

Limited (WIL).

Our commitment to delivering high quality service is

evident both in our ability to develop strong partnerships

and work alongside our Clients to increase potential and

maintain a professional workforce that offers solutions

specific to customer needs.

A LEADING TEAM

NKW Group’s workforce comprises of

approximately 1,200 Papua New Guinea

staff and 80 expatriates, operating

across numerous departments.

NKW Group is governed by a Board

comprising 7 Directors, responsible for

determining the objectives, strategies and

policies to be followed by NKW.

The NKW Group key management lead in a

top-down approach, ensuring NKW Group

functions in a proper, efficient and effective

manner.

KEY MANAGEMENT PROFILES

Marlen Brunskill | Chief Executive Officer

Highly skilled Manager with a proven record of successfully managing a

diverse group of companies. Strong experience in Supply Chain Logistics,

Catering, Construction, Mining and Transport.

An executive director on numerous boards and well versed in start-ups, joint

ventures, contract management and negotiation, tender analysis and bids,

change & quality management, safety management, leadership and more.

Strengths include innovative commercial business skills, planning, financial

analysis and budgeting. A motivated leader who has a knack for building the

right team.

Paul Clark | Group Finance Manager

Over twenty-four years of direct and diversified experience, encompassing a

full range of management, accounting and auditing functions, specialising in

accounting, taxation and business management / finance, associated with

the operations of both small and large businesses.

A thorough and detailed knowledge and understanding of domestic and

international taxation (Australia, Papua New Guinea and Singapore)

together with relevant legislation.

Proven track record of delivering a consistently high standard of service to a

diverse range of Companies.
