There i s d i scuss ion about the c reat ion of a CommunityLearning Center. This appl ied technology center , GrandCounty School Distr i c t would be prov id ing appl ied technology t ra in ing for the community .
This mult i -use fac i l i ty to be used by h igh school s tu -dents f rom 7 :30 AM to 2 :15 PM. Community use cou ldbeg in at 2 : 30 and into the n ight . By hav ing a communitylearning center we cou ld minimize dupl icat ion and exces-s ive costs of hav ing two independent programs. Lab c lassecou ld beg in in the af ternoons wi th c lasses in the morning .The fo l lowing programs cou ld be cons idered:
