This is the quickest method. Throw the guylines, attached to the top corners of thetunnel, over the vehicle and either peg down on the other side or tie to the wheels

This is the most secure method for vehicles that have a gutter running the length of the vehicle. The rear tunnel has a sleeve sewn along its length into which the pole slides. The pole then rests in the vehicle’s gutter and is secured using the clamps supplied.

All Travel Pods come with 6mm beadingsewn along the length of the rear tunnel.

The beading can be clipped to thevehicle gutter using ‘figure of 8’ profile

(not supplied) or attached to the vehiclesawning rail (if fitted). It will be easier to do

this using an optional driveaway kit.

The ideal drive-away awning for the smaller camper van. The Mini is

ideal for touring as its compact dimensions make it quick and easy to

set up and dismantle. The Mini comes with a full clip-in groundsheet,

to keep bugs and draughts out, and comes complete with a two berth

inner tent that can be used if sleeping accommodation is required.

The Mini is freestanding and can be connected to the vehicle in one

of three ways – poled & clamp, beading or guy line method. The rear

tunnel height is 190 cm with adjusting straps to take up any slack.

The awning has large panoramic windows all round to let the light

in and for a great view out – they have roll away blinds. Folds into a

compact, oversized carry bag.

living space or install the inner tent, included with this unit, to sleep up to four

people in comfort whilst still allowing plenty of living space. Quick and easy

to set up, the Maxi is soon ready for action and the sturdy steel legs ensure

that the unit stands up to the weather. Three doors provide plenty of options

and the front door panel can be converted into a canopy using the upright

The AirFrame is incredibly durable and under normal conditions will not fail. Each AirPole is made of a strong TPU inflation tube that is zipped into a tough reinforced PE cover. This is then zipped into a heavy duty polyester sleeve in the awning. The inflation tubes are well protected and need no maintenance.Ideal operating pressure is between 7 and 12 psi (depending upon model) and the poles are tested to 22 psi, a pressure that is not possible to reach using either the supplied pump or the optional electric pump. Should one of the AirPoles be damaged, it is simple to remove the pole and then a simplerepair or replacement can be made.

Kampa AirFrame AwningsThe future in your handsAfter years of development, Kampa have revolutionised awnings.

Gone are the traditional metal or fibreglass poles, replaced

by strong, high pressure inflatable AirFrame poles. No more struggling

with the awning frame and trying to find the correct pole, the AirFrame

is already attached to the awning for simple, one step set up.

So how does it work?It’s simple, traditional poles have been replaced with an inflatable AirFrame

that is always attached to the awning. We have two systems. The first where

individual poles are linked together so that you can pump at just one single

point and inflate the entire awning; we use this system on our Motor Rally, Motor

Ace and Motor Fiesta. The second, on more simple designs, where each pole

is separate and inflated individually; we use this system on our Travel Pods. Both

systems create an exceptionally strong awning, probably stronger than a steel

frame. It can be inflated using the supplied high volume manual pump or, for the

ultimate in ease, with an optional electric pump. An AirFrame can be pumped

up in less than 60 seconds using the manual pump.

What’s the set up procedure?It’s never been easier, just follow these simple steps:

Connect the awning to your vehicle using your preferred connection method. (Detailed on page 3)

Peg down the four corners of the awning.

Attach the pump to the inflation point and pump until inflated.

Peg down the intermediate pegging points and guy lines.

That’s it! The easiest awnings ever.

If you don’t want to spend time setting up and taking down your

drive-away awning then this is the awning for you. The Travel

Pod Mini AIR is a freestanding awning allowing you to drive-

away whilst still reserving your pitch on site for when you return.

Despite its name, the Travel Pod Mini AIR has a large living area

and an optional two berth inner tent can be fitted. The awning

comes complete with a fully waterproof clip-in groundsheet.

However, many sites do not allow groundsheets and so the

groundsheet can be left out if necessary - an important issue if

you intend to use camping sites. There are two versions, to suit

different height campers and motorhomes.

If you need even more room then the Travel Pod Midi AIR is the ideal awning. Almost as quick to set up as

the Mini, the Midi AIR has even more living space and an extra side entrance complete with an all-weather

canopy. Inside there’s room to hang the optional two berth inner tent and still have living space. There’s a

great view our through the large windows, each of which has its own roll down blind that conveniently folds

down into a pocket.

The Maxi AIR is truly in a league of its own for those looking to maximise

space on a pitch. Its unique side tunnel connection allows the awning to

be connected to both left and right-hand drive vehicles and the depth

of the awning from your vehicle prevents extra pitch charges. The large 4

berth inner tent makes the Maxi AIR a great choice for families and groups

with the central roll up partition offering privacy between the two pods.

A classic favourite, the Travel Pod Cross AIR builds on

the success of the Travel Pod range. Now even easier

to set up than ever, the Cross AIR utilises the Kampa

inflatable AirFrame to create a large sturdy living space

with very good headroom thanks to the vertical wall

design. The Cross AIR comes with a clip-in groundsheet

that can be used when required and features large

windows, with blinds for added privacy, and mesh

SabreLinkTM - the solution for effective lighting for your awningAn exciting new accessory for your awning, the SabreLinkTM lighting system ensures you’re never in the dark. The system allows you to link up to three lights together - that’s 450 LED’s. Each of our Motor Fiesta, Motor Rally and Motor Ace awnings are SabreLinkTM ready and can accept lights on the front AirPoles and also the centre poles. A Rally AIR 390, for example, could have three lights along the front and another three in the centre. Each system is controlled using a remote control that allows you to switch the lights on and off and also dim and brighten them. In our poled awnings the lights can be hung from the horizontal poles using the ‘S’ hooks provided.
