Specifications and Drawings for Project No. 500 are hereby modified as follows:

Item AD1-1 REPLACE Table of Contents page 15 in both Volumes 1 and 2 of the

Specifications with the attached Exhibit “A” containing 1 page. Item AD1-2 REPLACE the third sentence of Notice Inviting Bids, Paragraph N-1, Bid

Submittal and Opening, with the following:

“Bids shall be submitted to Calleguas at its main office, at 2100 Olsen Road, Thousand Oaks, California 91360-6800 at or before 9:00 a.m. on December 17, 2015, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.”

Item AD1-3 REPLACE the first sentence in Proposal, Page P-1, with the following:

“PROPOSALS RECEIVED UNTIL 9:00 A.M., December 17, 2015” Item AD1-4 ADD the following bullet to Special Conditions Section 21.a, Coordination with

“e. The Owner will pay Verizon directly for any costs charged by Verizon

associated with the coordination of work described in this Section.” Item AD1-7 REPLACE Special Conditions Section 30.a.6, Builders Risk Insurance, with the

following:

“6) Be maintained in effect until the date on which the Owner furnishes the Contractor with the Statement of Acceptance in accordance with the provisions of General Conditions 6.4.1.”

Item AD1-8 REPLACE Specifications Section 02620, Paragraph 3.06.C.2 with the following:

“2. Install insulating flanged joints at all locations shown on Drawings.” Item AD1-9 REPLACE Specifications Section 04270, Paragraph 2.01.G with the following:

“G. Fire Rating: Minimum 60 minute rated window assemblies for panels in masonry walls.”

Item AD1-10 DELETE Specifications Section 16710, Paragraph 1.05.B. Item AD1-11 ADD Appendix H: Attachment A: Information needed for interconnection

application, attached as Exhibit “B,” containing 5 pages Item AD1-12 REPLACE Drawings P14, P21 and P22 with the attached Exhibit “C” containing

3 pages with modified Drawings P14, P21 and P22. Item AD1-13 Drawing I5: ADD an additional isolation valve on the other side of Control Valve

V-303. Two isolation valves are required, one on each side of the control valve, as shown on piping details on Drawing P9.

Item AD1-14 This addendum shall be attached to and become part of the Contract Documents

(Project No. 500). Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum No. 1 on Proposal Page P-2.
