• Each partner company gets a specific single username and password for accessing :

• EuresTools Wiki has individual accounts with self chosen usernames and passwords. Users are invited by Wiki moderator.

• EuresTools Workspace has individual accounts with self chosen usernames and passwords. Users are invited by Sibylle & Klaas.

• Login and passwords will be sent by Klaas after this meeting

EuresTools Workspace (our brand name for BSCW, which we are providing as a reseller) is used for project-internal document storage and management. The tool allows easy up- and downloading via browser, and each file or directory can have additional meta-information, such as description or importance.

• The Commission requires:– Quarterly Management Report (Status, progress, delays, resources

used, etc.)– Annual Periodic Reports (incl. cost claims and audit certificates as

necessary)– Final Report (incl. cost claims and audit certificates as necessary)– Dissemination Package together with Periodic and Final Reports (e.g.

videos, demos, brochures, press releases, etc.)– Input to Concertation activities
