th NATIONAL SELECTION CONFERENCE OF EYP GREECE

13-15 December, 2013 CALL FOR OFFICIALS Wednesday, 23 October 2013 Dear EYP Alumni, The 28

th National Selection Conference of EYP Greece will be held between the 13

th and the 15

th of

December, 2013. Around 130 Delegates from Northern Greece will come together to experience EYP and take part in a three-day programme. For the time being, we are delighted to launch an open call for Officials. We are looking for 3 Vice-Presidents, 16 Chairpersons, 1-2 Editors,10 Journalists, 1 Editorial Assistant and 1 Video- Editor.

The participation fee for international officials is set at 25 €. Travel costs to and from the session

must be covered by each participant, Also, please note that all Officials will be asked to arrive by the morning of Thursday, December 12

th in order to take part in the Officials’ Training. The

session’s Closing Ceremony on Sunday, December 15th will be finished by 9 p.m., so departures will be possible after 10 p.m. All those who are interested should fill out the online application form to apply as Vice-President, Chairperson, Editor, Journalist, Editorial Assistant, Video Editor until 23:59 CET on Friday, November 1

st. Late applications will not be accepted.

The selection Panel for Chairpersons and Editors will be made up of the President of the Session, the Head Organiser of the Session (Despina Papadopoulou) and the President of the Board of EYP Greece (Marianna Georgiadi). The Selection for the members of the Media Team will consist of the Editor(s) of the Session (to be selected), the Head Organiser of the Session (Despina Papadopoulou) and a member of the Board of EYP Greece (Achilleas Platanitis).
