Question:Who is the leader for each sub-team?

Answer:Currently there are none. The leaders will

become evident over time by thecontributions they produce and will berecognized as such. Fabian and Peter willsupport each sub-team as mentors.

Answer:Yes. Monthly GoToMeetings will bescheduled. We will share ideas, report onprogress, find out who needs help.

Answer:

Use sub-team pages atConradAwards.org to communicatewithin your sub-teams. Share your ideas,

ask for help, tell each other the resourcesyou have (ex. 3D printer or professor whocan help). Schedule meetings for your sub-team . Take the initiative. Dont wait.

Question:What are our deadlines?

Answer:April, 2014 at least one field testedprototype that works. Field testing in

Jan/Feb, 2014. Prototype building byOctober, 2013. Idea generation andrefinement now until October, 2014
