2. Validity --does it measure what it is supposed to measure?

3. Reliability --is the measurement accurate and consistent?

4. Transparency --can your stakeholders and the public understand the tool and the data?

Step 11. Assuming a class strength of 60 students2. These 60 students are grouped in 3 batches3. Each group has 20 students Step 2

4. Normally there are 6 subjects in each semester5. Six subject teachers are teaching various

courses6. Six subjects are equally divided in to 60

students7. Each subject teacher will get 10 students

Step 31. Each subject has 5 units2. These 5 units are equally divided among 10

students3. Each student will get 0.5 unitsStep 4

4. Subject teacher will plan for each students few pages (For eg pages 1 to 10) from a standard text book preferably foreign author

5. In these pages student will underline difficult word and find the meaning and use this word and make three sentences.

Step 51. Each student will get 10 week/semester and 6

minutes / week (1 hour/10 students). 2. Every student will come in front of all the 9

students and faculty , explain the meaning of the word and tell 3 sentence using the same word.

3. A student can use different 5 words In 6 minutes.4. He will prepare a separate note book for C Skill. 5. At the end of the semester he will submit 50

words

Step 51. At the end of the semester a test will be

conducted. Student will be asked 5 words from the list of words he has prepared during the semester.

2. The dictionary will be prepared of having 500 words / subject

3. For all the subjects around 3000 words will be available for faculty and students.

4. These words can be made available to all the students of IET.

This is the success test Whether it has worked successfully or not ?

At the end of the semester a test will be conducted. Student will be asked 5 words from the list of words he has prepared during the semester.
