3. «Το 50% των προσφύγων έχει ανάγκη για επείγουσα ψυχολογική στήριξη»“50% of refugees need urgent psychological support”The German Chamber of Psychotherapists warned that half of the refugees need urgent psychological help, as they have been traumatized by war. Refugees are fragile because of exile while denouncing the lack of almost of those structures that could provide such support to asylum applicants. The period between 2006-2010, before the influx of immigrants, approximately 40% of immigrants committed suicide or has attempted to put an end to his life.
