Needs assessment – complete a questi onnaire to determine a tailored and relevant learning experience; Pre-course evaluati on quiz – take a short quiz to establish the current level of knowledge; Guidance and schedule – analyze a document presenti ng guidelines on how to maximize your learning experience; Forum introducti on – share an introducti on message to present yourself to the other course parti cipants and

share your expectati ons; Pre-requisite reading – go through a series of documents to bett er understand the core-course content; Expectati ons - share your expectati ons regarding the training course;

Applying concepts in practi cal exercises, analyzing case studies and identi fying soluti ons; Using templates to develop performance measurement instruments; Sharing experiences and best practi ces and creati ng a network of KPI Professionals; Constantly evaluati ng the parti cipants’ knowledge, through short quizzes to support the certi fi cati on exam.

Forum discussions – initi ate a discussion and contribute in a discussion opened by another parti cipant; Acti on plan – create a plan for the acti ons and initi ati ves you intend to implement aft er the training course; Performance Improvement Essenti als – watch a 45 minutes webinar presenti ng the KPI measurement as

part of a system that ensures performance improvements and achievement of objecti ves; In-house presentati on – create and submit a short PowerPoint presentati on to present your colleagues the

The certi fi cati on process is fi nalized only when you complete all of the 3 stages of the learning experience. Nonetheless, you will receive a:

Any withdrawals have to be announced at least two weeks before the beginning of the course, through fax or e-mail. In this situati on, the att endance fee will be refunded, with $400 out of the total fee being retained for administrati ve expenditures. The att endance fee will not be refunded if the withdrawal from the course takes place less than 2 weeks before its starti ng date. If you fi nd yourself in the impossibility to att end aft er the registrati on process is already completed, you may delegate another person to att end the course in your place without any further fees charged. If you have confi rmed and made the att endance fee payment but you didn’t att end the course, the att endance fee will not be refunded.
