Any withdrawals have to be announced at least two weeks before the beginning of the course, through fax or e-mail. In this situati on, the att endance fee will be refunded, with $400 out of the total fee being retained for administrati ve expenditures. The att endance fee will not be refunded if the withdrawal from the course takes place less than 2 weeks before its starti ng date. If you fi nd yourself in the impossibility to att end aft er the registrati on process is already completed, you may delegate another person to att end the course in your place without any further fees charged. If you have confi rmed and made the att endance fee payment but you didn’t att end the course, the att endance fee will not be refunded. If you att end the course only parti ally (one day or a limited number of sessions), you will not benefi t from any att endance fee reducti on or refund.
