And why celebrate on this day?

• Because on this day, Jesus resurrected. • And in the USA, kids are given chocolate or

coloured eggs.

And on what day?

• This year Easter will be celebrated on April 24. • On this day, kids will look and find eggs made

of candy then they will eat them.

Why do kids love this day?

• Because kids love chocolate and inside the eggs they can find chocolate treats.

• The egg is widely used as a symbol of the start of new life, just as new life emerges from an egg when the chick hatches out.
