Tie it Together and Be Ready

Gather all of your parent’s documentation in one place, including wills, banking information, list of medications, doctor’s information, etc.

Get a Power of Attorney in place.

Have a living will in place for your parents so you know their wishes.

Find out the local resource in the community in which they live. Contact the local area agency on aging (n4a.org for listings)
