Phơlosophy: Rice noodles in bone broth with thinly sliced protein, garnished with yellow/green onions & cilantro. The bean sprouts, basil, lime, jalapenos, Sriracha & soy based hoisin can be added all at once, in increments, or not at all. Phơ is prominently featured because we are the only restaurant in the world to serve the 48hr to 96hr beef bone broth over a 4-6 day process. The traditional cook time for Phơ is 8 hours. We create all of our sauces and favoring bases from basic ingredients with the exception of the Sriracha sauce. The hoisin sauce and beef balls are homemade for you to enjoy with Phơ.
