whenever they get a chance. Your people have great roles in delighting your customers and prospective employees. A nasty security guard will

make your prospect your competitor's customer. Your moron receptionist will force a great candidate to disappear without attending the interview.

So, experience managementshould get more importance than ambience management.

Like the way you like your name, everyone likes their name most. So try to remember people by their name. It shows

your interest on that person.
