Goal – seamlessly integrate West Campus within existing University campus operations

Progress to date: Convened Planning Committee 9/07 Post close – Phase I and Phase II

• Phase I – Deliver core services of security, power plant and facilities (minimal occupancy)

• Phase II – Significant occupancyo Work has gone into planning IT phone network installations,

police and security protocols, facilities, grounds & custodial operations, inventory controls systems and environmental and safety analysis and processes.
