1. Business Development: While I was working in MEDP (Micro-Enterprise Development Programme), the organization was developing new businesses. There I worked hard and got a lot of skills. I was with field team in the community. Firstly team had visited the area and survey the community, interacted with the community people in order to find their needs and wants. We found demand of the area. On bases of this survey we developed new regions for work. After development we use oracle database software for monitoring and reporting purpose.

2. Capacity Building: I have studied in the best universities of Pakistan while studying in the best programmes. After completing of my graduates studies I joined Development Organization. In this organization, I avail different opportunities like workshops, community work, trainings, diplomas. Besides these type opportunities I have worked in stressed environment with difficult target to achieve. For example I worked in Benazir Income Support Programme survey where we have to conduct survey with in very limited time. These types of experiences enhance my capacity.

3. Project Management: Currently I am working in the project management office. NRSP is working with dozens of donors and working on more than hundred projects. I am responsible for project management of these projects. There we have given different targets to achieve.
