Interview with Kim Kragelund
What do you use RISMAexecution to? "We use RISMA execution to follow-‐up on all the initiatives that come out of our strategy. Therefore it has become a natural and integral part of our monthly management meetings. The leaders have even been in and update the initiatives in which they are responsible. This will ensure that we use our meetings to look forward rather than backward, as we avoid unnecessary discussions about the status of the individual initiatives. " What effect has the use of RISMAexecution? "We've got a common tool and therefore a lighter, uniform and far more accessible way to follow up on the strategic initiatives. And it is a tool that is easy to use. " Are there areas where RISMAexecution is particularly obvious to use? "Overall, the system is ideal for following up on strategic objectives, growth initiatives, or customer-‐related areas where there is a need for structure, documentation, and the possibility of delegating tasks while ensuring an efficient follow-‐up." Do you spend much time on updating RISMAexecution? "No, the time spent in relation to updates in the system is very affordable. We also use the system ad hoc, when there is a focus on a specific area, or we need to get an overview here and now. When I send an email around to those involved with a short deadline, it is easy to see that users have been in and update their various initiatives. This really means that users are self-‐propelled. The update is done as painlessly and without much time is also an important and positive element of the system. "
Are there other areas you are focusing on?
"We will also begin to use RISMAexecution at department level, where I have received positive feedback. Here it is used to specific departmental goals, for example for satisfaction surveys. When it is well entrenched in the first section, we will subsequently expand the use of RISMAexecution to other departments and other areas. "
