cabinet, well protected against

external influences.

The masterassumes the most important

function in each AS-i network. It handles

the AS-i slaves and polls them cyclically.

TheAS- i power supplyprovides the re-

quired supply voltage and assumes the

task of data coupling.

safety slaves and ensures the deactivation

in case of a fault or the activation of the
