Our Recruiters focus on new Technologies and tough positions which are tedious to close.

Since they are involved in closing the most challenging positions our recruiters stand first

in the Rating of Vendors shared by our Client HR Managers.

We have divided our teams based on the different technologies and each team is building

their own database based on the technologies allotted to them.

We worked on some challenging scenarios and we have converted most of them success too.

We Received many appreciations from our Clients

Sample Appreciations Received from Clients

Polaris – ATM Specialist – Pending for more than 3 months. This JD was shared to consultancies

across India. Client rejected all people from Job Portal stating the quality is not good. By headhunting

we successfully managed to close that Position and got appreciation from the Client.

HCL - Device Driver Development – SAN – Client shared us this Job Description prior our

empanelment on a trial basis to test our efficiency. We took it as a challenge and shared almost 50

profiles. All those shared profiles got duplicate and rejected. From the target company list, we managed

a reference. From that reference we got 3 other references too. Out of those four, one got selected and

HCL signed agreement with us.

L&T Embedded system: Quality Engineer – Embedded Systems – Client shared this Job Description

and it was our first Job Description from this client. We worked for more than 1 month and later we

realized that this opening exists for more than 1 year and L&T HR maintains the database for this JD

with all the available profiles across India. Still we tried and managed to get 3 good people who got

shortlisted till last round. Unfortunately, none of those three joined but the HR Manager was

impressed on our work and shared other requirements to us. Still we are maintaining a good

relationship with all our HRs
