The candidate seeking admission to the B.Tech in must have passed 10+2
with PCME Examination of any recognized board / Council.

Lateral Entry to 2nd Year :
The program duration for B.Tech will be four years comprising of eight
semesters but the candidate will have to complete the program within six years from the session of enrolment.

Minimum Marks required for Passing :
No Candidate shall be declared to have passed in any course unless he / she obtains 40% in the aggregate of
term-end examination and internal assessment put together for all the subjects.
Evaluation Procedure:
Evaluation for each course covers two aspects:
a.Internal assessment (IA) through assignments with a weightage of 25%
b.Term-end examination having a weightage of 75%
