BTC Council Resolutions:
That all procedures recommended by the BTC to be implemented with current students holding Fail grades
That any BTC students who fail a course for the second time are withdrawn from the program.
That from Semester One 2011 any BTC students who Fail a course be suspended (without pay) from further study until they Pass the course.
