Position: Team Member, IR No. of Vacancies: N/A Job Responsibilities: Manage attendance & leave for all workers at the unit. Provide support to corporate IR for requirement of permanent & contractual workers at unit as required. Prepare workforce MIS as required for all workers at the unit. Resolve queries of employees related to HR & IR policies & Processes. Handle employee grievance for permanent & contractual workers at the unit level & escalate through the right channels. Implement worker welfare programs for management staff at unit level. Drive annual performance management process for permanent & contractual workers at the unit level as guided by corporate IR. Ensure safe & healthy work environment for workers at unit. Coordinate with Corporate IR to implement any group level worker welfare initiatives. Provide support to corporate HR during the collective bargaining process. Educational Requirements: Post Graduate in Human Resources Management from a recognized university preferably with PGDPM/ PGDHRM. At least 2nd class in all academic levels. Experience Requirements: Having 01 - 03 years in a similar role. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Labor Union Management, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, General HR, HRIS/HR Database Management, Training & Development, and Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct.
