STEP 1 – LOGIN Go to BSP website (www.bsp.com.pg) to view the BSP Pay page. Select Login > Business Banking > BSP Merchant

STEP 4 – MERCHANT INFORMATION a. Enter your Business Name, Trading As Name and IPA Business Number.b. Enter your Phone Number, Residential or Commercial Address and Postal Address. You can only input up to 50 characters

including spaces in Address Line 1 and 2. c. Enter City, Province and Postal Code.d. Select Country, Zip/Postal Code.e. Select Yes or No from drop down menu for non-3D MID. Select "Yes" for BSP Pay.f. Select Currency and click “Next”.

STEP 5 – USER DETAILS a. Enter your First and Last Names.b. Enteryouremailaddressforreceivingnotificationandsigningintotheportal.c. Enter your phone number and select your salutation (Mr. /Mrs. /Ms. etc.)d. Select "Yes" or "No" for Refund option to be available for in your Merchant Portal.e. In the Role drop down menu, select “Admin”.f. Create a password – this will be your password for signing into the portal in the login page.

STEP 6 – ONLINE SETTINGS INFORMATIONCompletetheonlinesettingsinformation.TheemailaddressandURLswillbeusedtonotifyyourcustomerofthedifferentresponses as stated below;

STEP 7 – REQUIRED DOCUMENTS The required documents to complete your registration must be uploaded here;

a. IPARegistration;acopyofBusinessNamecertificateorCertificateofIncorporation.b. IRCRegistration;acopyofTaxIdentificationNumber(TIN)andCertificateofCompliance(COC).c. Valid ID; a scanned copy of a passport, driver’s license or NID.d. Business Logo; a copy of your business log.

STEP 8 – CONFIRMATION Confirmallyourinformationinputtediscorrectandinorder.Thecheckboxbeneathischeckedto confirm that you (the merchant)agree to the Merchant Agreement the Terms & Conditions. Links to both documents are provided for you to access them.

OPENING DASHBOARD TheDashboardhasfour(4)profiles;Invoices,Admin,UserProfileandDeveloper.

INVOICES You can access your reports which has a history of all transactions occurred on your website, the orders placed with details suchas;Date,Order Number,Transaction Reference Number,Transaction Status,Currency,Amount,Name of Customer,Customer's Email andDescription of Payment.

Youcanfilterthereportandselectpreferredfieldonly,arrangethefielddetailsinascendingordescendingorderand/orfilterthereportstofailedorsuccessfultransactionsonly.

Download Report Reports can also be downloaded as a CSV file. Click on the green CSV tab to download your report. The report will be downloaded to the Download folder in your PC.

1. What is a Merchant Identification Number (MID)?This is a unique identification number that identifies details of transactions conducted on yourwebsite. Your MID helps in identifying your account so funds from your website transactionscan be credited to. It also helps BSP in resolving your queries and provide support to you.

2. Where do I obtain my MID?Your MID will be sent to you via your email address. You can also get it from your Merchant Portalaccount in the Developer's tab.

3. How do I download my transaction report?Go to the Invoice tab and click on the green CSV button on the bottom right corner of thescreen. The report will be downloaded as a csv file onto your Download folder in your PC.

4. Can I change my current account to a different account using the merchant portal to receivefunds?No. Changing of accounts is not allowed on the merchant portal. Please contact your branch orBSP Customer Service Centre on (+675) 3201212 or 70301212 or email [email protected] assistance.

5. How long before I can access funds credited to my account from sales from my website?Funds are available instantly in your account when payments are made for purchases from yourwebsite.

6. How do I get support from BSP?You can submit your queries and complaints to BSP via the complaints tab in themerchant portal or call Customer Service Centre on (+675) 3201212 or 70301212 or [email protected].
