Staffing

• Minimum of six staff on the exhibition at all times.• PhD students, postdocs or Professors to discuss, excite and inspire• EPPCN/Commission communications staff to meet and greet, and ensure

no key visitors are left unattended.• For busier periods, twelve scientists, six communicators and Council

members.

Key area 1: Collaborative research in particle physics

This area will address in detail the role of particle physics and basic research, mentioning the LHC, its experiments and the worldwide collaborations as an example of collaborative research. It is an opportunity for the commission to highlight its key tools for cross border collaboration, which will include the ERA, the Marie Curie scheme and EURAXESS.  Communications staff in this area will have the role of meeting and greeting, and introducing guests to the scientists elsewhere in the exhibition.
