Legendary 7 Campaign Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion is valid on Saturday, 7th July 2018 only.

2. Users need to purchase one (1) TGV Movie Ticket by scanning the QR code using the Touch ‘n Go App at any of the seven (7) selected TGV Cinemas locations. Not valid for purchases on web, app and kiosk.

3. Valid for any movie screening on 7th July 2018, with show time before 7pm, and the ticket must be purchased before 7pm on 7th July 2018.

4. Each user shall be entitled to purchase only ONE (1) TGV Movie Ticket by scanning the QR code using the Touch ‘n Go App throughout the “Legendary 7 Campaign”. For any additional purchases of movie tickets, the user is required to purchase such additional tickets using other payment options available at TGV Cinemas.

5. Valid at selected 7 TGV Cinemas scanning the QR code using the Touch ‘n Go App at any of the seven (7) selected TGV Cinemas locations only i.e. Suria KLCC Kuala Lumpur, AEON Bukit Tinggi Shopping Centre Klang, Wangsa Walk Mall Kuala Lumpur, Jaya Shopping Centre Petaling Jaya, AEON Bukit Indah Shopping Centre Johor, AEON Station 18 Ipoh, Gurney Paragon Mall Penang.

12. By participating in this Campaign, user agrees to abide to and be bound by the “Legendary 7 Campaign” Terms and Conditions including any amendments, deletion or variations thereto as well as any decisions made by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd.

13. TNG Digital Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend, delete or vary this “Legendary 7 Campaign” Terms and Conditions by giving seven (7) days prior notice of such amendment, deletion or variation and the user shall be bound to such changes. Such notice shall be posted on TNG Digital Sdn Bhd’s website.

14. TNG Digital Sdn Bhd’s decision is final. Any correspondence pertaining to the decision made by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd will not be entertained.

In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version of this “Legendary 7 Campaign” Terms & Conditions, the English version of this Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

16. TGV Cinemas reserves the right to revise its terms and conditions without prior notice. Your participation in this “Legendary 7 Campaign” shall be further subject to TGV Cinemas’ terms and conditions.

Terma & Syarat bagi Legendary 7 Campaign

1. Promosi ini hanya sah pada hari Sabtu, 7 Julai 2018 sahaja.

2. Pengguna perlu membeli satu (1) keping tiket wayang TGV di mana-mana kaunter tujuh (7) lokasi pawagam TGV Cinemas yang terpilih dengan mengimbas kod QR menggunakan applikasi Touch ‘n Go. Tidak sah bagi pembelian melalui laman web, aplikasi dan kiosk.

3. Hanya sah untuk tayangan pada 7 Julai 2018 untuk tayangan sebelum jam 7 petang. Tiket wayang TGV hendaklah dibeli pada 7 Julai 2018, sebelum 7 petang.

4. Untuk menyertai “Legendary 7 Campaign”, setiap individu hanya boleh membeli SATU (1) keping tiket wayang TGV dengan mengimbas kod QR menggunakan aplikasi Touch ‘n Go. Sekiranya pengguna membeli lebih daripada satu (1) tiket wayang TGV, bayaran untuk tiket tambahan tersebut hendaklah menggunakan cara pembayaran lain yang diterima oleh TGV Cinemas.

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd berhak untuk meminda, memotong atau mengubah terma dan syarat “Legendary 7 Campaign” dengan memberi notis tujuh (7) hari sebelum pindaan, pemotongan dan perubahan tersebut dan pengguna adalah terikat dengan perubahan tersebut. Notis tersebut akan disiarkan melalui laman web rasmi TNG Digital Sdn Bhd.

14. Keputusan TNG Digital Sdn Bhd’s adalah muktamad. Sebarang surat menyurat mengenai keputusan yang telah dibuat oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd tidak akan dilayan.

15. Terma dan syarat “Legendary 7 Campaign” juga boleh didapati dalam Bahasa Inggeris. Sekiranya terdapat ketidakselarasan, konflik, ketaksaan atau percanggahan antara versi Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia ini, terma dan syarat Bahasa Inggeris akan digunapakai.

16. Pihak TGV Cinemas berhak untuk mengubah terma dan syarat TGV Cinemas tanpa notis. Anda dikehendaki untuk mematuhi terma dan syarat “Legendary 7 Campaign” yang ditetapkan oleh pihak TGV Cinema.
