BritWeek  is  a  non-­‐profit  organiza2on,  started  in  Los  Angeles  in  2007  by  Nigel  Lythgoe,  long-­‐2me  Execu2ve  Producer  of  American  Idol  and  So  You  Think  You  Can  Dance  and  the  then  Bri2sh  Consul  General  Bob  Peirce,  to  

highlight  the  crea2ve  fusion  between  the  United  Kingdom  and  the  United  States.  

   BritWeek  takes  place  in  Los  Angeles,  Miami,  Orange  County,  Orlando,  

and  San  Francisco,  with  more  new  ci2es  coming  soon.
