much you are ready to risk for the sake of your fellow citizens, For what is a
nation but the citizens and what is nationalism but loyalty to them.”

To the unknown soldier, Thank you
I do not know your name, although you were once a mother’s son.
She must’ve waited patiently
for some word from you and your safe return;
Your race, creed, they
matter not to me,
As you
and the woman who let you go
sacrificed everything for my liberty.
A prayer of thanks,
I say for you and for the mother who lost a son,
and for the rights I have,
That your sacrifice won.

Spider-Man: Far From Home‘
is funny and clever— in the end, Peter just wants to enjoy his class trip to Europe,
hoping to spend a good time with his friends—but it‘s also a movie about both
mourning and deception. Peter is still reeling from the loss of Tony Stark, who remains
a spectre wherever Peter turns. Peter‘s emotions are raw, which also leaves him more
susceptible to forces preying on his emotional state. It‘s a movie filled with surprises
(I don‘t say that lightly) that leaves Peter, and a viewer, wondering who is real and who
can be trusted. Yet it never feels like a movie filled with dread. It‘s a hopeful tone,
which, after the last two Avengers movies, is very welcome. ‗Spider-Man: Far From
Home‘ is an enjoyable movie through and through.

Exams are just round the corner and the students are now feeling nervous . The students
are putting their heart and soul to score well and we hope that they score good. The
anxiety is obvious in many of the children. The students often are so worried about the
impending exams that they begin to ignore their health and mental well being. There are
few ways of keeping the stress at bay. The first on the list is meditation, this being the
most common method. Yoga is also emerging as one of the best stress busters ever.
Another way is Mindfulness. It is a high level technique which actually enhances your
performance and sense of well being.
You can practice each exercise once a day, you can also simply go out for a relaxing walk
everyday to refresh your mind.
