    Dear Friends

    and Family

    Thank

    you once again for

    your

    excellent support

    during

    April. Your

    contributions reflect

    an

    ongoing

    faith an d

    partnership

    with

    Tim

    an d

    Twyla

    Bright in West

    Africa. As leaders are being

    trained the church

    continues to

    grow.

    Ghana

Christian College is playing a dynamic role

    in that

    growth by

providing a forum for learning experiences. Thank you so much for making all

    of

    this possible.

    April 30. Tim is teaching

    three

    sections ofActs for six weeks

    this

    Term.

    That

    means he

    teaching several

    sessions

    per

    day.

    V Overseas Coxmcil

    International

    representatives

    plan

    to visit

    the

    College

the latter part ofMay. They will conduct a chapel assembly consisting of

    questions

    and

answers from faculty and students. Afterwards a tea will be

    held

    so that

    more

    interaction can

    informally take

    place.

    They

    will be given

    a tour

    of

    educational facilities

    that

    ar e

    being

    built

    on the new campus.

Please pray for this very important visit . OCI has the potential of helping

    to financially provide resources

    that

    will greatly enhance

    the

    advancement of

    constructing

    th e

    new campus.

    V

    Spiritual

Awareness Week will come up in June. A professor working

    with

    Seminary of

    the

    Nations

    plans

    to

    share in that

    foreign countries each year equipping

    and

    encouraging leadership training for

    Christian

    service

    around th e

    world. GCCS is

    proud

    to

    have these qualified

personnel to come and challenge both

    students and

    faculty alike in spiritual

    Enthusiasm

    spills over

    in the

    churches following

    are

    reporting growth in attendance

    and

    lively

    services. Tim

    Faithway is

V Recenttravel. Tim and a student Gideon

    Morgan

    traveled to a district

    capital

    town

    of

    Akatsi.

    The church

    was

planted there some six years ago by

    people from

a neighboring church and with the help of

    some other

    missionaries.

    However

a leadership vacuum developed over the ensuing years

because ofmany different kinds ofcircumstances. Tim was asked

    by

    some of

    their remaining

    members

    to

    help

them. April 27 28 Tim showed theJesus film

    and

    preached

    on

Sunday morning. Five were baptized on

    Sunday

    following

    churches services. Mr.
