    In the summer of 1986 Tim and Twyla Bright were Inspired by theproclamation God's Word to claim their call to cross-cultural foreignmissions. They had both made the decision to serve as missionaries In theirteens. Through the challenge of preaching, encouragement of friends,prayers of many people and a resolve to follow God's will they have preparedthemselves to enter Ghana Africa June 22, 1991. The Brights will workwith African Mission Evangelism, Inc.

    Tim received his Bachelor of Theology degree from Ozark Bible College In1968. Since that time he has been preahcing In the Midwest for twenty-three years. In May of 1991 Mr. Bright received a masters degree Inpractical ministries. The education and experiences he has shared in hisministries will be used to help train Ghanaians at Ghana Christian Collegewhere he has been called to be an Instructor.

    Twyla Bright Is wife to Tim, mother of six children, and educator. Tim andTwyla were married June 2, 1968. Twyla received her bachelors andmasters degree from Indiana University majoring In English and education in1988 and 1989. She has been teaching In the public schools for two yearsand at Indiana University- East campus for eight semesters. Mrs. Brightplans to teach at Ghana International School.

    The Brights bring four children to Ghana with them: Teresa, 16; Tasha, 14:Nathan, 12, and Tal, 10. Two sons, Kris and Lance are finishing their collegepreparations at Johnson Bible College and Cincinnati Bible Collegerespectively.

    Palestine Church of Christ of Palestine, Ohio Is the sponsoring church forthe Brights.     Arecent phone call from Tim and Twyla tells us that they have arrived on the field inGhana, and are already involved in the work of spreading the gospel there. First we

    A safe journey for the Bright family to Ghana.Their arrival in time to be present for the graduation at the school,and for the Silver Jiabilee of Ghana Christian College. ^ ^ ^Opportunities of immediate service: Christian Camp in Sunyani, paintingthe school library, housesitting (which has provided use of hot waterand telephone.)Promise of a salary from the school where Twyla will be teaching.The rapid adjustment which the children have made to life in Ghana.

    Also there cure some immediate needs, for which we request your intervention with Godthrough prayer:

    The school will be able to get Tim on the quota.Tim will receive a resident permit (he is now on 60 day extension).Funds to purchase a vehicle. One is available for $2500, a Landrover,which would serve their needs, and for \mich parts and service wouldbe available there.Twyla's healthshe has already had problems with malaria.Their work at Sunyani from the present through August 21st.That their container of belongings will arrive shortly. Twyla says itis costing $100 weekly for food, which will be greatly reduced by thefood sent ahead in their container. A house to rent, and the income of probably $500 monthly for rent.
