Participating Colleges - Role

1. Participate in Event Briefings and Pilot runs by Infosys

2. Conduct Aspirations2020 Campaign in your Colleges

3. Ensure Students Enrollment for Contests

4. Run the Teaser Round and College rounds in your college

5. Provide Contest Data in timely manner.

Role of College Management

1. Assign experienced faculty members and volunteers

2. Brief them about the strategic importance of the event

3. Approve allocation necessary IT and other Infrastructure needed for the contests

4. Track implementation progress and review quality of roll-out

5. Encourage participation of students in large numbers

Faculty Members - Role

• Pre Contest1. Participate in Event Briefings and Pilot runs by Infosys2. Understand the contest types and rules3. Conduct Aspirations2020 Campaign in your College to provide

awareness to students and facilitate maximum participation.4. Counseling and guiding students5. Formulate core team of faculty members and volunteers6. Collaborate with Principal & College Management for readiness of IT

infrastructure and other resources7. Select student volunteers for all 4 contests8. Identify and brief faculty volunteers for proctoring 9. Brief faculty volunteers and participating students on usage of WebEx10. Faculty should sign non-disclosure agreement that no copying or mal-

practice is allowed during the contests

Faculty Members - Role

During Contest

• Ensure Students Enrollment for Contests• Run the Teaser Round and College rounds in your college

with the help of faculty volunteers• Guide students participating in all 4 contests• Ensure discipline while proctoring• PC: Ensure non CS & IT faculty need to proctor • PP: Evaluate two best papers in paper presentation contest

during college round• Provide Contest Data to CC anchor in timely manner.• Inform the scores to CC anchor

Post Contest• Collaborate with CC anchor in providing event reports• Analyze overall feedback and report
