WagesEmployers must meet legal minimum wage levels but many offer a higher salary

There is a special apprenticeship national minimum wage which is £2.60 per hour.

Generally, employers of creative apprentices in Manchester have offered at least the standard national minimum wage which is:

£6.19 per hour – 21 years and over£4.98 per hour - 18 to 20 years

£3.68 per hour - 16-17 years

College Tuition Fees:

Free for those aged 16-19 years old.

Over 19 - the employer is asked to fund 10% of the costs of a particular pathway.

E.g.: for Creative Apprentices just under £500 for level 2 and

£700 for level 3 courses
