BRIDGE ENGINEERING
Bridges are key components of any transportation system, and their planning, design and maintenance requires expertise in a wide range of fields.
Having designed hundreds of bridges since the 1920s, Freese and Nichols brings together all the expertise needed to successfully plan, design and maintain your system’s bridges. Each bridge has a unique set of requirements. Whether
crossing a roadway, river or railroad, the bridge solution must balance traffic, hydraulic, financial, aesthetic and regulatory demands. Our team specializes in delivering innovative solutions to challenging projects by combining the skills of experienced bridge engineers, civil roadway designers, hydraulic specialists, landscape architects and illumination engineers.
