PROGRAM OBJECTIVE
Dear Colleague:
I am delighted to extend to you a very warm invitation to the 4th annual Boulder Neurosurgical Associates symposium. This very stimulatingscientific program will cover a wide range of topics in the treatment of cranial and spinal disorders. Our aim is to advance the understandingof cranial and spinal disorders, improve clinical management, encourage research, and foster collaboration in the medical community.
This course offers 7.5 hours of AMA category 1 CME credit and is a one-day advanced educational seminar for anyone involved in the careof neurosurgical patients including primary care physicians, surgeons, interventional physiatrists, chiropractors, physician assistants, nursepractitioners, physical therapist, and anybody who has an interest in this subject. Participants will have an opportunity to learn and discussrecent advances across the entire spectrum of therapies. The topics on cerebrovascular and skull base surgery, head injury, dynamic motionstabilization and adjacent level degeneration treatment, spine tumors and their surgical or radiosurgical management, and even spinal applications of regenerative medicine will be presented this year. Our exhibitors are going to share their knowledge and expertise on currenttechnology, products, services, and provide hands-on product demonstrations.
We are very happy and fortunate to see this annual event grow so fast, both in size and scientific works, and are confident that the programthis year will provide you with a unique opportunity for intellectual and personal interactions. This symposium is being made possible by educational grants from multiple sponsors and Boulder Neurosurgical Associates, an independent organization dedicated advancing expertisein the management of neurosurgical and orthopedic disorders and the practice of medicine and surgery by integrating clinical experience withthe best available technology and research information.
We look forward to welcoming our friends and colleagues, Alan Villavicencio, M.D.Program Chairman
