RES 2018-152 Authorizing the Renewal of Retail Distribution Liquor Licenses

WHEREAS the following applicants have submitted applications for renewal of their Plenary Retail Distribution Licenses:

0229-44-003-006 Leonia Wine and Spirits, LLC 307 Broad Avenue0229-44-004-002 Broad Beverages, Inc. 430 Broad Avenue0229-44-006-004 Andres Liquors Inc. 324 Broad Avenue

WHEREAS each of the above named applicants, in making application for renewal of their licenses for the 2018-2019 license term, have met the legal requirements pertained to the applicants liquor licenses, have paid the $600.00 fee required by the Borough of Leonia, and have paid the additional $200.00 fee as required by the State of New Jersey; and

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Leonia, County of Bergen, State of New Jersey, hereby authorizes the issuance of Plenary Retail Distribution Licenses for each of the above named applicants for the 2018-2019 license term effective July 1, 2018; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Borough Clerk is hereby authorized to sign and deliver said licenses to the Plenary Retail Distribution Licensees located in the Borough of Leonia.

RESO 2018-153 Of The Borough of Leonia Authorizing the Submission of a Bergen County Open Space, Recreation, Flood Plain Protection, Farmland & Historic Preservation Trust Fund (Bergen County Trust Fund) Grant Application.

WHEREAS, the Bergen County Trust Fund provides grants to municipal governments and to nonprofit organizations for assistance in the acquisition of lands for open space conservation purposes and/or outdoor recreation facilities; and,

WHEREAS, the Borough of Leonia desires to further the public interest by obtaining a matching grant of $184,000 from the County Trust Fund to fund the following project: WOOD PARK SPRAY PARK; which would enhance the use of the largest park in Leonia and encourage fellow residents from surrounding towns to enjoy a zero depth spray park for the summer through fall months and,

WHEREAS, the governing body/board has reviewed the County Trust Fund Program Statement, and the Trust Fund Municipal Program Park Improvement application and instructions, and desires to make an application for such a matching grant and provide application information and furnish such documents as may be required; and,

WHEREAS, as part of the application process, the governing body/board received held the required Public Hearing to receive public comments on the proposed park improvements in the application on June 18, 2018; and,

WHEREAS, the County of Bergen shall determine whether the application is complete and in conformance with the scope and intent of the Bergen County Trust Fund; and,

WHEREAS, the applicant is willing to use the County Trust Fund in accordance with such rules, regulations and applicable statutes, and is willing to enter into an agreement with the County of Bergen for the above named project and ensure its completion on or about the project contract expiration date.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of Leonia:1. That it is hereby authorized to submit the above completed project application to the County by the deadline of June 18, 2018, as established by the County; and,2. That, in the event of a County Trust Fund award that may be less than the grant amount requested above, the Borough of Leonia has, or will secure, the balance of funding necessary to complete the project, or modify the project as necessary; and,3. That the Borough of Leonia is committed to providing a dollar for dollar cash match for the project; and,

4. That only those park improvements identified and approved in the project application, its Trust Fund contract, or other documentation will be considered eligible for reimbursement.5. That the Borough of Leonia agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations in its performance of the project; and,6. That this resolution shall take effect immediately.

RESO 2018-154 AUTHORIZING CONTRACTS WITH CERTAIN APPROVED STATE CONTRACT VENDORS

WHEREAS, as provided for within the New Jersey Local Publics Contract Law (N.J.S.A.40A:11-1 et. Seq.,) the Borough of Leonia may by resolution, and without advertising for bids or obtaining quotations, purchase any goods or services under the State Contract; and

WHEREAS, the Borough has the need on a timely basis to purchase goods and services utilizing State contracts; and

WHEREAS, the Borough intends to enter into contracts with Winner Cherry Hill Ford 250 Haddonfield-Berlin Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034, New Jersey State Contract A88758, T2101 for a 2019 Ford F350 Chassis Cab & options, New Jersey State Contract A88758, T2101, in the amount of $36,438.00, applicable to all the conditions to current State contracts.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Borough Council of the Borough of Leonia, authorizes the Qualified Purchasing Agent to purchase certain goods and services from Winner Cherry Hill Ford 250 Haddonfield-Berlin Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034, New Jersey State Contract A88758, T2101, in the amount of $36,438.00, pursuant to all conditions of the individual State contracts; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the governing body of Leonia Borough pursuant to NJAC 5:30-5.5(b) (the certification of available funds), states that the Chief Finance Officer shall either certify the full maximum amount against the budget at the time the contract is awarded, or no contract amount shall be chargeable or certified until such time as the goods or services are ordered or otherwise called for prior to placing the order, and a certification of availability of funds is made by the Chief Finance Officer; and

RESO 2018-155 AUTHORIZING THE USE OF HOUSTON GALVESTON AREA NATIONAL COOPERATIVE

WHEREAS, N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2 authorizes contracting units, including the Borough of Leonia, to make purchases and contract for services through the use of nationally recognized and accepted cooperative purchasing agreements that have been developed utilizing a competitive bidding process by another contracting unit within the State of New Jersey or within any other state; and

WHEREAS, the Borough of Leonia has determined that the use of cooperative purchasing agreements may result in significant cost savings and is desirous of joining and participating in a national cooperative called the Houston Galveston Area Cooperative (HGAC) National Cooperative; and

WHEREAS, HGAC is established as a public agency and serves agencies across the United States and Canada as a municipal contracting agency; and

WHEREAS, HGAC operates under the enabling authority of Texas Local Government Code, Title 7, Chapter 791; and

WHEREAS, the Borough of Leonia desires to become a member of HGAC for the purposes of purchasing goods and or services through a procurement process that is more efficient and provides a cost savings to the Borough;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Borough Council of the Borough of Leonia, being the governing body thereof, that the Borough of Leonia be and hereby is authorized to join and become a member of the HGAC National Cooperative; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute any agreement and the Clerk is authorized to attest to the signature of the Mayor on any agreement signed in connection with joining and participating in HGAC; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Borough of Leonia shall be responsible for ensuring that all goods and/or services procured through HGAC comply with all laws of the State of New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq., and all other provisions of the revised statutes of the State of New Jersey.

RESO 2018-156 AUTHORIZING THE USE OF SOMERSET COOPERATIVE PRICING SYSTEM

WHEREAS, the Borough of Leonia desires to become a member of the Somerset County Cooperative Pricing System, #2-SOCCP, effective June 18, 2018, and, that such membership shall be for the period ending December 31, 2018, and each renewal, thereafter of the system, unless the Borough of Leoniaelects to formally withdraw from the system;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Governing Body of the Borough of Leonia being the governing body thereof, that the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached agreement for such membership.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute any agreement and the Clerk is authorized to attest to the signature of the Mayor on any agreement signed in connection with joining and participating in Sourcewell; and

RESO 2018-158 AUTHORIZING THE BOROUGH OF LEONIA TO ENTER INTO A COOPERATIVE PRICING AGREEMENT WITH THE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES COMMISSION OF NEW JERSEY COOPERATIVE PRICING SYSTEM WHEREAS, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-11(5) authorizes contracting units to establish a Cooperative Pricing System and to enter into Cooperative Pricing Agreements for its administration; and WHEREAS, the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey, hereinafter referred to as the “Lead Agency " has offered voluntary participation in a Cooperative Pricing System for the purchase of goods and services; and WHEREAS, on June 18, 2018 the governing body of the Borough of Leonia, County of Bergen, State of New Jersey duly considered participation in a Cooperative Pricing System for the provision and performance of goods and services;

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED as follows

This RESOLUTION shall be known and may be cited as the Cooperative Pricing Resolution of the Borough of Leonia

AUTHORITY

Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-11(5), the Mayor of the Borough of Leonia is hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperative Pricing Agreement with the Lead Agency.

CONTRACTING UNIT

The Lead Agency shall be responsible for complying with the provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.) and all other provisions of the revised statutes of the State of New Jersey. EFFECTIVE DATE This resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage. I hereby certify that the above resolution was duly adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Leonia at a meeting of said Borough Council held on June 18, 2018.

This Agreement made and entered into this 18th day of June, 2018, by and between the, EDUCATIONAL SERVICES COMMISSION OF NEW JERSEY and the Borough of Leonia who desire to participate in the EDUCATIONAL SERVICES COMMISSION OF NEW JERSEY

COOPERATIVE PRICING SYSTEM.

WIT N E S SE T H

WHEREAS, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-11(5), specifically authorizes two or more contracting units to establish a Cooperative Pricing System for the provision and performance of goods and services and enter into a Cooperative Pricing Agreement for its administration; and

WHEREAS, the EDUCATIONAL SERVICES COMMISSION OF NEW JERSEY is conducting a voluntary Cooperative Pricing System with other contracting units; and

WHEREAS, this Cooperative Pricing System is to effect substantial economies in the provision and performance of goods and services; and

WHEREAS, all parties hereto have approved the within Agreement by Resolution' in accordance with the aforesaid statute; and

WHEREAS, it is the desire of all parties to enter into such Agreement for said purposes;

NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF the promises and of the covenants,

terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, it is mutually agreed as follows:

The goods or services to be priced cooperatively may include supplies and materials,time and material bids, energy aggregation and such other items that two or more participating contracting units in the system agree can be purchased on a cooperative basis.

1. The items and classes of items which may be designated by the participatingcontracting units hereto may be purchased cooperatively for the period commencing with the execution of this Agreement and continuing until terminated as hereinafter provided.

2 The Lead Agency, on behalf of all participating contracting units, shall upon approvalof the registration of the System and annually thereafter IN JANUARY OF EACH

SUCCEEDING YEAR publish a legal ad in such format as required by N.JA.C. 5:34-7.9(a) in its official newspaper normally used for such purposes by it to include such information as:

(A) The name of Lead Agency soliciting competitive bids or informal quotations.

(B) The address and telephone number of Lead Agency.

(C) The names of the participating contracting units.

(D) The State Identification Code assigned to the Cooperative Pricing System.

(E) The expiration date of the Cooperative Pricing System.

3. Each of the participating contracting units shall designate, in writing, to the LeadAgency, the items to be purchased and indicate therein the approximate quantities if required, the location for delivery and other requirements, to permit the preparation of specifications as provided by law.

4. The specifications shall be prepared and approved by the Lead Agency and no changes shall be made thereafter except as permitted by law. Nothing herein shall be deemed to prevent changes in specifications for subsequent purchases.

5 A single advertisement for bids or the solicitation of informal quotations for thegoods or services to be purchased shall be prepared by the Lead Agency on behalf of all of the participating contracting units desiring to purchase any item.

6. The Lead Agency when advertising for bids or soliciting informal quotations shallreceive bids or quotations on behalf of all participating contracting units. Following the receipt of bids, the Lead Agency shall review said bids and on behalf of allparticipating contracting units, either reject all or certain of the bids or make one award to the lowest responsible bidder or bidders for each separate item. This award shall result in the Lead Agency entering into a Master Contract with the successful bidder(s) providing for two categories of purchases:

(A) The quantities ordered for the Lead Agency's own needs, and

(B) The estimated aggregate quantities to be ordered by other participating contracting units by separate contracts, subject to the specifications and prices set forth in the Lead Agency's Master Contract.

7 The Lead Agency shall enter into a formal written contract(s) directly with the successful bidder(s) only after it has certified the funds available for its own needs.

8. Each participating contracting unit shall also certify the funds available only for itsown needs ordered; enter into a formal written contract, when required by law, directly with the successful bidder(s); issue purchase orders in its own name directly to successful vendor(s) against said contract; accept its own deliveries; be invoiced by and receive statements from the successful vendor(s); make payment directly to the successful vendor(s) and be responsible for any tax liability.

9. No participating contracting unit in the Cooperative Pricing System shall be responsible for payment for any items ordered or for performance generally, by any other participating contracting unit. Each participating contracting unit shall accordingly be liable only for its own performance and for items ordered and received by it and none assumes any additional responsibility or liability.

10. The provisions of Paragraphs 7, 8, 9, and 10 above shall be quoted or referred to and sufficiently described in all specifications so that each bidder shall be on notice as to the respective responsibilities and liabilities of the participating contracting units.

11. No participating contracting unit in the Cooperative Pricing System shall issue a purchase order or contract for a price which exceeds any other price available to it from any other such system in which it is authorized to participate or from bids or quotations which it has itself received.

12. The Lead Agency reserves the right to exclude from consideration any good or service if, in its opinion, the pooling of purchasing requirements or needs of the participating contracting units is either not beneficial or not workable.

13. The Lead Agency shall appropriate sufficient funds to enable it to perform the administrative responsibilities assumed pursuant to this Agreement.

14. It is understood that all fees for each participating contract are paid by the vendors as noted within the Bid/RFP documents.

All fees are included within the bid price and are subject to change with new awards and notice to all cooperative members will be provided.

15 This Agreement shall become effective on 5/21/17 subject to the review and approval of the Director of the Division of Local Government Services and shall continue in effect for a period not to exceed five (5) years from said date unless any party to this Agreement shall give written notice of its intention to terminate its participation.

16. Additional local contracting units may from time to time, execute this Agreement by means of a Rider annexed hereto, which addition shall not invalidate this Agreement with respect to other signatories. The Lead Agency is authorized to execute the Rider on behalf of the members of the System.

17. All records and documents maintained or utilized pursuant to terms of this Agreement shall be identified by the System Identifier assigned by the Director, Division of Local Government Services, and such other numbers as are assigned by the Lead Agency for purposes of identifying each contract and item awarded.

18. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto.

BERGEN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY June 18, 2018 RESO 2018-159 Resolution to Adopt a Revised Plan 92-PD-Lincoln-121316 WHEREAS, the Borough of Leonia by resolution previously adopted a Deferred Compensation Plan (hereinafter referred to as the “Plan”) for the purpose of making available to eligible employees the accrual of tax benefits under a Section 457 Deferred Compensation Plan; and WHEREAS, the Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001, the 2005 final regulations issued under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994, the Pension Protection Act of 2006, final Treasury Regulation §1.457-4, the Heroes Earnings Assistance and Relief Tax Act of 2008 , the Worker, Retiree and Employer Recovery Act of 2008 and the Small Business Act of 2010 amended sections of the Internal Revenue Code (the “Code”) and the rules and/or regulations issued thereunder affecting Section 457 Deferred Compensation Plans (cumulatively referred to as the “Acts and Regulations”); WHEREAS, the Employer desires its Plan to conform with the changes in the Code and Treasury regulations brought about by the Acts and Regulations; WHEREAS, the Employer desires to adopt a restated Plan that conforms with the changes in the Code and Treasury regulations resulting from the Acts and Regulations; WHEREAS, such revised Plan shall supersede the previously adopted Plan; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Employer hereby adopts a revised Plan 92-PD-Lincoln-121316. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Lincoln Retirement Services, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Lincoln”) has agreed to continue to be the provider of the Deferred Compensation Program for employees and elected officials; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Lincoln will continue to provide, for the benefit of the participants the Multi-Fund Variable Annuity contract; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there has been no collusion, or evidence or appearance of collusion, between any local official and a representative of Lincoln in the selection of a provider pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:37 - 5.7.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Treasurer, Marilyn A. Hemmer is authorized to execute an Administrative Services Agreement with Lincoln (94-SA-Lincoln-110217) and such other agreements as are necessary to implement the Deferred Compensation Program. It is implicitly understood that there is to be no cost or contribution by the Employer to the program; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Treasurer Marilyn A. Hemmer is authorized to serve as the “Administrator” of the plan, represent the Employer, and execute individual deferred compensation agreements with each said employee; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Employer that the Clerk forward a certified true copy of this resolution to the Treasurer Marilyn A. Hemmer; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the Director of the Division of Local Government Services at P.O. Box 803; Trenton, NJ 08625-0803. RESO 2018-160 AUTHORIZING CONTRACTS WITH CERTAIN APPROVED STATE CONTRACT VENDORS

WHEREAS, as provided for within the New Jersey Local Publics Contract Law (N.J.S.A.40A:11-1 et. Seq.,) the Borough of Leonia may by resolution, and without advertising for bids or obtaining quotations, purchase any goods or services under the State Contract; and

WHEREAS, the Borough has the need on a timely basis to purchase goods and services utilizing State contracts; and

WHEREAS, the Borough intends to enter into contracts with Beyer Ford 170 Ridgedale Avenue, Morristown, N.J. 07960, New Jersey State Contract A88727 for a 2018 Ford F-250 Super cab, New Jersey State Contract A88727, in the amount of $35,104.00, applicable to all the conditions to current State contracts.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Borough Council of the Borough of Leonia, authorizes the Qualified Purchasing Agent to purchase certain goods and services from Beyer Ford 170 Ridgedale Avenue, Morristown, N.J. 07960, New Jersey State Contract A88727, in the amount of $35,104.00, pursuant to all conditions of the individual Statecontracts; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the governing body of Leonia Borough pursuant to NJAC 5:30-5.5(b) (the certification of available funds), states that the Chief Finance Officer shall either certify the full maximum amount against the budget at the time the contract is awarded, or no contract amount shall be chargeable or certified until such time as the goods or services are ordered or otherwise called for prior to placing the order, and a certification of availability of funds is made by the Chief Finance Officer; and

June 18, 2018 RESO 2018-161 AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING A SHARED SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR MUNICIPAL COURT FACILITIES BETWEEN THE BOROUGH OF LEONIA AND THE BOROUGH OF FORT LEE

WHEREAS, the Borough of Leonia ("Leonia") is a municipal corporation of the State of New Jersey in the County of Bergen, established in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:60-1 et seq.; and WHEREAS, the Borough of Fort Lee ("Fort Lee") is a municipal corporation of the State of New Jersey in the County of Bergen, established in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:60-1 et seq.; and WHEREAS, the Borough of Leonia desires to contract with the Borough of Fort Lee for the provision of municipal court facilities to the Borough of Leonia for the period designated in the corresponding agreement ; and WHEREAS, the Borough of Fort Lee desires to utilize Leonia’s municipal court facilities for the period of July and August of 2018, with an option for a one-month extension by the mutual written agreement of both parties; and

WHEREAS, the Borough of Fort Lee has agreed to provide municipal court facilities to the Borough of Leonia at a rate of $30,000 per year, with a pro-rated discount applied for each of the months that Fort Lee utilizes Leonia’s Court; and

WHEREAS, such agreements are authorized pursuant to the Uniform Shared Services Consolidation Act, N.J.S.A. 40A:65-1 et. seq.; and WHEREAS, this agreement is in the best interest of the Borough of Leonia.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Borough Council of the Borough of Leonia, in the County of Bergen and State of New Jersey as follows:

1. Entry into the Shared Services Agreement entitled “AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE BOROUGH OF LEONIA AND THE BOROUGH OF FORT LEE TO SHARE MUNICIPAL COURT FACILITIES” between the Borough of Leonia and the Borough of Fort Lee for the provision of municipal court facilities is pursuant to and in accordance

2. That the Mayor shall be and is hereby authorized to finalize and execute an agreement, in substantially the same form, between Leonia and Fort Lee, memorializing the terms and conditions for Leonia’s use of Fort Lee’s Municipal Court.

3. That the Leonia Mayor and Council do hereby authorize the Borough of Fort Lee to use Leonia’s Court facilities for the months of July and August, with a one month extension at both parties agreement, and hereby authorize the Borough Administrator to carry out such authorization in whatever ways he deems most appropriate based on the terms laid forth in this Resolution.

4. That upon execution of the Shared Services Agreement, this resolution and the agreement between the parties shall be available for public inspection in the Office of the Borough Clerk.

5. That the agreement shall take effect upon the execution of agreement by the parties in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:65-5(c), et seq. and approval of the Administrative Office of the Courts and the Assignment Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County Vicinage.

6. That a copy of this resolution and agreement shall be forwarded to the Director of the Division of Local Government Services in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:65-4(3)b; and

7. That a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the Borough of Fort Lee.

RESO 2018-162 Authorizing the Purchase of SeeClickFix

WHEREAS the Borough of Leonia is interested in streamlining the process by which members of the public can report, track, and follow up on complaints and/or service requests; and

WHEREAS the Borough is additionally interested in using technology tools to streamline Borough operations, reduce paper usage, reduce email usage, and improve data collection and reporting; and

WHEREAS; SeeClickFix is the industry-standard 311/service request reporting tool, and now includes a workflow management module; and

WHEREAS; SeeClickFix agreed to offer the Borough a discount on the services, which totals approximately 25% of the year 1 costs; and

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council that the discounted proposal submitted by SeeClickFix, dated June 6th, 2018 is hereby approved at a cost not to exceed $9,900 per year; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Borough Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the contract between SeeClickFix and the Borough of Leonia as approved by the Borough Attorney.

WHEREAS, the Borough of Leonia has a need for equipment in accord with its Capital Improvement Program in the Department of Public Work through Winner Cherry Hill Ford 250 Haddonfield-Berlin Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034 as a required disclosure contract pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4; and,

WHEREAS, the Sean Canning, Q.P.A., of the Canning Group, LLC has determined and certified in writing that the value of the acquisition will exceed $17,500; and,

WHEREAS, the anticipated term of this contract is for the procurement of the 2019 Ford; and

WHEREAS, Winner Cherry Hill Ford LLC in the aggregate is expected to provide more than the pay to play threshold of $17,500.00; and

WHEREAS, Winner Cherry Hill Ford LLC, has completed and submitted a Business Entity Disclosure Certification and a Personal Contribution Disclosure form which certifies that Winner Cherry Hill Ford LLC, has not made any reportable contributions to a political or candidate committee in the Borough of Leonia in the previous one year, and that the contract will prohibit Winner Cherry Hill Ford LLC from making any reportable contributions through the term of the contract, and

WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer hereby certifies that funds NOT TO EXCEED $29,214.00 are available as follows;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Leoniaauthorizes the Business Administrator to enter into a contract with Winner Cherry Hill Ford LLC, not to exceed $29,214.00 for the 2018 budget year; and,

WHEREAS, the bids have been tabulated and reviewed by Costa Engineering Corporation and they have recommended to the Borough of Leonia that Colonnelli Brothers Group, 409 South River Street, Hackensack, NJ 07601 be awarded the contract for the base bid not to exceed $26,000.00

WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has certified that there is sufficient funding for said purchase; and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council that the bid proposal for Sewer Repairs at Various Locations Project is hereby awarded to Colonnelli Brothers Group, 409 South River Street, Hackensack, NJ 07601.

I hereby certify that the above resolution was duly adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Leonia at a meeting of said Borough Council held on June 18, 2018.
