The Northern Territory Medicare Local vision is ‘improved health and well-being for all Territorians’. The NTML works with health care professionals, government and the community to improve access to primary health care services throughout the NT.
You can play a key role during an exciting time of change and development in the primary health care sector. In addition to annual salary, add 9.25% superannuation, generous salary packaging options and 6 + weeks annual leave every year. The NTML has a flexible workplace, supportive team environment and great working conditions.
These roles are part of a team, working to plan, manage and coordinate the Medical Outreach – Indigenous Chronic Disease Program (MOICD). The roles include the support for health professionals in the implementation of approved service plans and the delivery of multidisciplinary health services to meet the needs of Aboriginal people living in the Northern Territory.
x Senior Project Officer – $76,142 pa x Project Officer – Booking and Liaison Coordinator $67,050 pa x Project Officer – Booking and Liaison- 2 positions $64,560 pa
All positions offer 6+ weeks annual leave and are Full Time Fixed Tenure until 30 June 2016. The positions are based in Darwin or Alice Springs

An exciting opportunity to undertake a year of accreditedpublic health training working at the cutting edge ofAboriginal primary health care reform in the NT.
AMSANT is the peak body for Aboriginal Communitycontrolled health services in the NT. We have a one yearrotation for a public health registrar working within thepublic health teams in AMSANT. This position will beinvolved in public health and policy work within the publichealth team with the opportunity to extend skills in an areaof special interest. The work will also contribute to theongoing reform of Aboriginal primary health care in theNT. Full time applicants are preferred but part timeapplicants will be considered.
